The Swedish Neck Pillow is very comfortable for both back and side sleepers. It gently supports the neck and keeps the spine in alignment in both positions, providing an excellent night's sleep.

Washing Instructions

All Swedish Neck Pillows come with a machine-washable pillowcase. Extra pillowcases can be ordered.

Adjustment Period

The Swedish Neck Pillow is designed very differently from conventional bed pillows and sometimes it takes a day or even several days for a person to become acclimated. Once they become used to the pillow, they realize its full benefits. To help in the adjustment period (if there is one) simply raise the head part of the pillow slightly. This will lower the neck part. After a short period of time, this will no longer be necessary. (The head part can be easily elevated by placing a folded towel under the head portion of the pillow.)

Occasionally, people find the neck pillow a little too firm. If this is the case, knead the neck portion a few times and it will be more pliable. After a few days use, you and the pillow will get used to each other and become inseparable at bedtime.

Shipping

Shipments are sent by UPS ground service. Usually a shipment can be sent within a day or two of receiving an order. Our shipping costs are very reasonable. If a shipment is sent COD there is an additional $7.00 COD charge which UPS charges us.

Fresh Foam Odors

Occasionally, when a customer receives a very freshly made pillow, there will be an odor from the fresh foam. Simply air it out for a day or two and the odor will vanish, never to reappear.

Payment

All shipments are sent prepay or COD. You may prepay with a credit card through our online ordering system or by using our toll-free number. We take Visa, Discover, Master Card and American Express. You may also send us a personal check or money order. Be sure to include payment for shipping and handling charges. For maximum safety and faster service, we recommend ordering by phone or ordering online. If you order by phone, we can also answer any questions you may have.
